Terms and Conditions

By joining any of the survey sites I have listed here, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You recognize that I am simply trying to help people by showing them sites that I feel are legitimate and will pay them for their opinions. You will not hold me responsible if any of these companies, websites, their affiliates, or anything in any way related to these websites in any way misrepresent themselves, how much they pay, how long surveys will take, their cancellation policies or anything they say or imply on their websites. You will not hold me responsible if they do not pay you the amount that you feel you are owed, if you are not paid in the manner or time frame that you felt you should have been, or anything to do with them not paying you for what you felt you were owed. You will not hold me responsible for any problem of any kind that you have with any of these companies, websites, their affiliates, or anything in any way related to these websites. If any legal action is to occur whether in the United States or Internationally, you are responsible to deal with these companies or websites on your own without help from me. You are fully responsible to deal with theses companies and/or websites and them only if you have any problems or any legal action is to occur. You agree to not hold me responsible, involve me in any way, or take any legal action against me for any problems you may have with the websites (including the company, their affiliates, or any one or anything related to them) that I have referred you to.

You agree not to pose as me and/or spam others using my name or my website. You agree not to misrepresent my website in any way in telling others about it (Ex: you will make millions if you go to this website, etc.). You agree to not spam others using my website. You agree to not attempt to hack into or change anything about my website.
